Agroindustrial

Crude palm oil (CPO) extraction plant and by-products in the Middle Magdalena, Colombia, with an initial capacity of 8 tons per hour of fresh fruit bunches and a planned second stage of 16 Ton/h. The project integrates the first industrial link of the chain: the fruit comes from plantations owned by the partners themselves, who instead of selling it to third-party extraction plants build their own plant and thus capture the industrial margin, the by-products and, optionally, cogeneration energy. It incorporates inclined sterilization and dynamic clarification —both automated, with lower water, steam and energy consumption— and an optional backpressure turbine that self-supplies close to 56% of the plant's electricity.
